Aleshia Tarice (often referred as Cocoa) is a beauty culturist specializing in hair, makeup, body contouring and waxing services. She received her cosmetology license in 2013 from Rowan Cabarrus Community College and began working as a full-time stylist at an esteemed salon shortly after. Her passion for beauty extends beyond the chair and cascades into education and volunteer work. She recently styled a photoshoot raising awareness on human sex trafficking while simultaneously leading a mentorship program offering industry insight to up-and-coming stylists. Her undeniable skill and tenacious spirit opened the door to multiple invitations from Charlotte Scene as a lead stylist where she provided hair and makeup services to participating models. Aleshia’s love for learning motivated her to continue her education and earn multiple certifications. In 2014, she became a Keune color-certified stylist, a certified educator with Babe Hair Extensions and certified Brazilian Blowout specialist. She currently owns House of Muses 🌺— a full-service salon in Salisbury, NC offering makeup application, extension installations and coloring services for individuals, fashion shows and events. She also provides body contouring and waxing services. I charge a 15% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
